Moore Thompson Climb Higher In Top 100 Survey
East of England-based accountancy firm Moore Thompson have cause to celebrate after being ranked as one of the UK’s top 100 practices for the third year running in Accountancy Age’s Top 50+50 2011 survey.
After making its debut in the list in 2009, Moore Thompson have remained in the top 100 for the third year running and have made considerable progress, coming in at number 85, which is higher than last year’s ranking of 88.
Crucially, the firm also managed to increase its fee income over the past year at a time when many of its contemporaries on the list had seen theirs fall.
Hundreds of firms participated in the in-depth analysis of the accounting profession, which looked at factors including growth, annual fee income and the fees generated by each partner.
Managing partner Mark Hildred said: “We were delighted to appear on this list for a third year running and are extremely to have climbed to a ranking of 85 compared to last year’s ranking of 88.
