Moore Thompson celebrates exam success

Trainees at East of England-based accountants Moore Thompson are jumping for joy after passing prestigious exams.

Accountancy trainees Jodie North, Michelle Louth, Michael Sellars and Ainsley Johnson, are all celebrating having passed their latest set of exams bring them one step near to gaining an ACCA qualification.

During the exams, Michelle and Michael from Moore Thompsons’ Spalding office both passed two ACCA modules and were joined in their success by Ainsley who passed one exam and Jodie, from Moore Thompson’s Market Deeping office, who passed two more.

In order to attain the prestigious qualification and be recognised as a certified accountant, each trainee must complete all of the courses’ modules, which cover a diverse range of topics from tax planning to audit assurance.

Katie Hewlett, a member of the firm’s tax department in Spalding, also passed her latest Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT ) assessment – leaving her with only one more to complete before achieving her qualification.
