Louise Bacon is Moore Thompson’s marketing manager, whose role includes raising the firm’s profile and business development. She joined the practice in 1997 and has 20 years’ experience in marketing roles, including six years in industry before coming to Moore Thompson. Louise is a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing and holds the certificate in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her varied role includes managing the firm’s website, which attracts thousands of “hits” each month, managing Moore Thompson events – including seminars and workshops – and building a client care ethos, to use clients’ views to develop and improve services.
