Louise Hildred MIDM - Marketing Manager

Louise Hildred is the marketing manager for Moore Thompson's three offices. She works closely with the partners responsible for business development and strategy to drive the practice forward in a competitive and profitable manner. Together with the Marketing Team, she is responsible for the following key areas of practice promotion:

Louise has worked in marketing and sales for over 20 years, and has comprehensive experience of industry and professional services marketing.
Since joining Moore Thompson in 1997, she has single-handedly created and developed the firm’s thriving marketing department. Louise has also assisted in the growth and expansion of the original Spalding office, and the two newer offices at Wisbech and Market Deeping.
As marketing manager, Louise has brought Moore Thompson firmly to the forefront of e-technology; creating a sophisticated, database-driven ‘e-shot’ system which keeps clients and contacts up-to-date with developments in accounting, taxation and other financial matters.
In addition, she has built-up from scratch the Moore Thompson website – their ‘shop window on the world’ – and been involved in several upgrades.
Furthermore, Louise has also worked hard to increase Moore Thompson’s profile amongst the local business community, forging relations with many commercial firms and other professions, including solicitors and surveyors.
One of Louise’s key successes has been the creation of a marketing ethos within the practice. This has involved enlightening partners, managers and front-line staff as to what good marketing practice is, and how it can be fruitfully deployed across the whole firm.
