To make sure our team remain safe and to ensure we can continue to provide continuity of service throughout this challenging period, we have decided to ask the majority of our staff to work from home.
Thanks to our use of the latest technology, our team can offer a similar level of service to you from home as they can from our office, which means that the support and services that you receive should be unaffected by this sudden, but expected, change.
Although many of our staff members are working from home, our offices remain open and we are maintaining a minimal team in each office to help with the administration of services.
We ask that, where possible, you limit your visits to our offices and contact us in advance before doing so, to allows us to put the proper precautions in place to ensure you and our team remain safe.

If you were due to have a face-to-face meeting with a member of our team, we may ask that this is now done over the phone or via video conference.
