Moore Thompson is open for business

The decision by the Government to effectively place the UK in lockdown fundamentally affects the lives of every person and business in the UK, but it is a necessary step to prevent the further spread of Coronavirus.

To make sure our team remain safe and to ensure we can continue to provide continuity of service throughout this challenging period, we have decided to ask the majority of our staff to work from home.

Thanks to our use of the latest technology, our team can offer a similar level of service to you from home as they can from our office, which means that the support and services that you receive should be unaffected by this sudden, but expected, change.

Although many of our staff members are working from home, our offices remain open and we are maintaining a minimal team in each office to help with the administration of services.

We ask that, where possible, you limit your visits to our offices and contact us in advance before doing so, to allows us to put the proper precautions in place to ensure you and our team remain safe.

We appreciate that during these uncertain times you will want to be in contact with your trusted advisers at Moore Thompson and I want to assure that they will continue to be available over the phone and via other technologies, as per your requirements.

If you were due to have a face-to-face meeting with a member of our team, we may ask that this is now done over the phone or via video conference.

We are continuing to monitor the situation daily and we will be in contact with you should any existing arrangements need to change.

We thank you for your ongoing support of our practice and patience as we adapt to this constantly evolving situation.

By working together during this crisis, we can help to protect our communities and hopefully soon look to a brighter future.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any enquiries.
