Teams are busy, enthusiasm is high, but there is no shared understanding of what success actually looks like.<\/p>\n<p>This often leads to scope creep and conflicting priorities, ultimately resulting in wasted effort and resources as the project progresses.<\/p>\n<p>Professional outside help brings objectivity at the very start.
