Kieran Smith – Payroll/HR Manager

Kieran joined the team initially as Payroll Manager in September 2017 coming from a Further Education background where he worked his way up from Apprentice HR Assistant through to HR Payroll Manager – winning a National Award along the way.

Kieran leads the firm’s payroll and HR specialists under the umbrella of MTPay/MTHR ensuring payroll services for clients are delivered stress-free and efficiently, ensuring that business owners focus on what matters, their business!

Kieran works with clients to ensure the smooth running of their HR and Payroll, without the stress, specializing in the more complex matters surrounding Payroll and HR.
