Meet the Team

Janet joins our PMO team with over 20 years of experience working as part of a project team, supporting and leading.

As an experienced Bid Writer and Programme Manager, she has supported a wide range of projects, both nationally and internationally, across sectors including IT, pharmaceuticals, finance, and local government.

Her experience includes preparing and presenting bids to senior stakeholders, identifying and implementing efficiency savings, and guiding teams through complex project requirements.

As a formerly certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Janet has a strong background in structured project management, and she has successfully overseen project boards, monitored milestones, and managed budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
