Grants for the McCarthy Stone Foundation Community open for applications
The McCarthy Stone Foundation has announced the reopening of its Community Grants programme, with applications now being welcomed for submission.
This grant is a valuable opportunity for grassroots charitable organisations, registered charities, community groups, and community interest companies dedicated to tackling loneliness among older people in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Grants of up to £7,500 are available to support core and project costs, especially in deprived areas.

- August 23: Applications close. Shortlisting and due diligence will follow
- September 16: Shortlisted applications are reviewed by the Grants Sub-Committee
- September 30: The Sub-Committee meets to recommend awards
- October 15: The Trustee Board meets to approve awards
- October 16-17: Applicants are informed of the outcome
