Grants of up to £18,000 available for social entrepreneurs – apply by 30 June
Are you working on a business that tackles social inequality, boosts financial inclusion, or supports your local community?
If so, you could be eligible for up to £18,000 in funding and tailored support, thanks to UnLtd’s latest programmes for social entrepreneurs.
UnLtd is offering two distinct grant streams for those who are committed to creating positive change through financially sustainable ventures:
- The Funding Futures Programme – for 16 to 30-year-olds focused on improving financial inclusion in underserved communities.
- The Millennium Awards Trust – open to any social entrepreneur aged 16 or above, working in any sector with a strong social mission.
Both streams offer two levels of support:
- Starting Up grants of up to £8,000
- Scaling Up grants of up to £18,000 – which can cover both venture costs and personal living costs.
Alongside financial support, successful applicants also gain access to a dedicated support manager, peer learning opportunities, expert advice, and legal consultancy.
UnLtd is particularly keen to hear from disabled entrepreneurs and individuals from Black, Asian, or minority ethnic backgrounds, with over 50 per cent of awards ringfenced for these groups.
Applications are reviewed quarterly, with the next deadline set for 30 June 2025.
