Made Smarter programme offering support to micro manufacturers in East Midlands
Made Smarter East Midlands have extended their support to micro-sized manufacturers, marking a significant expansion beyond SMEs.
The initiative recognises the importance of digital transformation for businesses of all sizes, with the programme now offering tailored assistance to micro manufacturers with nine or fewer employees.
Funding details and eligibility
The programme running until March 2027 will support to the region’s Manufacturing SMEs with the following:
- Grant funding to support CAPEX and revenue projects
- Digital Road Mapping – Creating a three-to-five-year digitalisation journey for your business and an initial implementation plan detailing immediate next steps to get you on your digitalisation journey.
- Access to fully funded Industrial Digital Technology Advice (IDTA) intensive support
- Building leadership skills to equip leaders in “Leading Digital Transformation” for their business.
Made Smarter Adoption is open to small and medium sized manufacturing and engineering businesses who have manufacturing premises in Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Micro manufacturers across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire are encouraged to register their interest to benefit from this vital support, enhancing their digital capabilities and driving growth in the industrial industry.
