About the role

We are actively seeking a CTA-Qualified Tax Manager to join our dynamic Tax Advisory team. This is a client-facing role that offers a rich blend of tax advisory work, client management, team leadership, and business development opportunities across Moore Thompson’s five offices located in the East of England.

Our in-house specialist team advises an impressive client list, including HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, wealthy families, trusts and estates.

About you

You will have the chance to demonstrate and grow your skills in income and capital tax planning, trust work, succession planning, share options, residency, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients in key tax areas including income and capital taxes planning, trusts, succession, share options and residency issues.
  • Taking primary responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Leading the tax advisory team and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborating with the resident Partners on business development, marketing, and networking initiatives across the five offices.
  • Mentoring and training staff as required.

You should possess proven experience in a tax advisory role, strong leadership qualities and excel in interpersonal communication with both staff and clients.
